Big News Day

Looks like Hilary will be giving Obama a run for his money.  Now with Ohio under her belt, and Texas’s final results only partially in, seems the once-Mrs. President still has some steam left in her.  It will be interesting to see tomorrow just how Texas’s primary turned out.

Gary Gygax, a legend in the D&D field, has passed away at age 69.  He’s one of those silent icons of history.  Even for those that game, many of us did not know who he was.  Yet his impact on our childhood can not be discounted.  In essence Gary is the spirit of our generation, and he will be sorely missed.

Chef Robert Irvine, of Dinner Impossible, has got the ax from Food Network.  Turns out he has not been entirely truthful in his resume.  If you watch the show, you’ll hear Robert saying he’s cooked for the royal family as well as for presidents.  Now it seems all this has been untrue.  So Food Network has pulled him from the show and is currently looking for a replacement host.  Have you seen the guy?  I wouldn’t want to be the one to tell him to his face that he’s been fired.

All this and much more happened today.  Wonder what tomorrow will bring.
