Bryan and I were “debating” on what is the better song. I have to admit, I luv them both, but I’ve got to give it to Timbaland with this hit “The Way I Are”. I am normally not a fan of his stuff at all, but I think this song truly rocks. The clubs really kick-ass with this single. But Bryan is the ever faithful devotee to Fergie. Fergie is disgustingly gorgeous and fiercely talented and “Clumsy” is a really cute song and has a cute vid too. But I just don’t gravitate to it as much. Anywho why don’t ya’ll decide and fight amongst yourselves.

Was about to shut down for the night, but came across this piece of news. Decided to read up and gotta say, this guy, David Smith, is a true inspiration. If he can do it, then so can any one of us. But before you scroll on down and find out more about him, I just want to warn you ahead of time, a lot of the stuff is not pretty. But the journey is inspiring.
Wanna make sure I give credit where credit is due. And here’s what was written:
David Smith was 630 pounds in 2003 and decided to change his life by going through only carb cycling for weight loss. Now 2007, he weighs at a stunning 229 pounds, losing 401 pounds but still has excess skin on his body. He underwent several surgeries to remove the excess skin and after that he looks just like any other normal guy. Definitely an inspiration for a lot of the unhappy souls out there.
